This seminar will give an overview of the year’s developments in Corporate Law, Criminal Law, and General Civil Litigation through the decisions rendered by Delaware’s Supreme Court. This will be followed by a discussion that highlights the recently concluded 2021 – 2022 Supreme Court term and preview some of the significant cases in the Court’s current 2022 – 2023 term.
