This seminar will give an overview of the year’s developments in Criminal Law, Corporate Law, and General Civil Litigation through the decisions rendered by Delaware’s Supreme Court. This will be followed by a discussion that highlights the recently concluded 2022 – 2023 Supreme Court term and preview some of the significant cases in the Court’s current 2023 – 2024 term. This seminar will be moderated by Justice Karen L. Valihura and feature a panel of distinguished speakers.
